Callum Skeffington, a 1st grader at Elizabeth Smith Elementary School, was recently honored with the Superintendent’s Star Award.
Callum received this award for his outstanding citizenship. Students are chosen for this accolade based on the virtues of outstanding character, citizenship, fairness, honesty, kindness, respect, responsibility and trustworthiness. As Eleanor Roosevelt stated, "People grow through experience if they meet life honestly and courageously. This is how character is built."
Thank you for representing ESE so well, Callum!
