Library Information & Book Checkout Policy


WBA scholars will visit the library weekly  or biweekly to checkout books.  Library will be a part of their weekly CLAMP rotation.

Destiny Discover Online Library Catalog

You may access your student's library account along with other online resources by clicking on the following link: https://search.follettsoftware.com/metasearch/ui/19647.  Login will be your student's ID number (lunch number), and their password will be their last name as it appears in Skyward.  Last names that are hyphenated or have a combination of names will be entered as they appear in Skyward as well.

Discovery Education Streaming - Discovery Education Streaming is an amazing resource for digital classroom media. Over 5000 videos, 20,000 images, 4000 audio files, 20,000 encyclopedia articles, lesson plans, classroom tools, and much, much, more!  Students may login through classlink.  Teachers may login using their Google credentials.

TeachingBooks.net is time-saving portal to thousands of online resources to explore children's and young adult books and their authors. Immediate access to short movies, audio book readings, book discussions, and more.

Britannica Online offers quality encyclopedia and related materials for students of all levels. Users can also take advantage of the learning materials, a collection of educational exercises, activities, and study guides.

PebbleGo is an award winning pre-K – 3rd grade database for reading and research. The PebbleGo database includes built-in reading and research tools for emerging readers. Leveled text, educational games, and multimedia help teach concepts to our youngest researchers. PebbleGo offers three separate databases: PebbleGo Animals, PebbleGo Earth & Space and PebbleGo Biographies.

BrainPop Junior provides curriculum-based content geared specifically for k-3 students. The site offers a growing library of movies and interactive features across six subjects: science, health, writing, reading, social studies and math.

Gale Kids InfoBits is an electronic resource database with indexed, searchable content including books, magazines, news, and more than 13,000 images—engages students with interesting facts about the subject, along with connections to current events; Broad subject categories include: animals, arts, geography, health, literature, music and movies, people, plants, science, social studies, sports, and technology.

National Geographic Kids includes the complete issues of National Geographic Kids magazine from 2009-present, 500 downloadable images, and 200 National Geographic Kids books, including reference books as well as nonfiction books on history, biography, science and technology and the National Geographic Readers, which cover wildlife, pets, nature and other topics.
